Welcome to Magnifique Voyage

Our agreement with you

It’s important for Magnifique Voyage that you understand what you’re booking. Below you’ll find everything you need to know so that you won’t be surprised. Magnifique Voyage can update or adjust these terms and conditions at any time.

Touroperator

  • Magnifique Voyage, registered with the Chamber of Commerce in Utrecht,
    Netherlands under registration number: 85036218.
  • Magnifique Voyage will hereafter be referred to as MV

Traveler

  • The counterparty of MV, in this case the main booker and co-travelers of the main
    booker.
  • The traveler will hereafter be referred to as “You”.

Magnifique Voyage

  • Online platform for excursions, activities, day trips, tours, and tickets. These can be
    easily booked via www.magnifiquevoyage.com
  • MV’s online platform is available in two languages, English and Dutch, and is fast and easy to use. If you have any comments or suggestions for improvement, MV would love to hear them.
  • All of MV’s services are further described below as excursions.

1.Help

1.1 If you want to contact MV for any reason, please go to MV’s customer service page for all contact details. MV can be reached by phone, email, and WhatsApp.

1.3 If you prefer to send a letter to MV, you can send it to: Magnifique Voyage, Postbus 393, 3500 AJ Utrecht in the Netherlands.

2. Information for the traveler

It’s important that you (and your party):
2.1 Ensure that the booking details you provide to MV are correct;
2.2 Notify MV of any changes as soon as possible;
2.3 Have a valid insurance policy that covers the booked excursions. If in doubt, please check with your own insurer and consider any specific medical conditions that apply to you (or members of your party);
2.4 Understand that it’s your responsibility to ensure that the excursion is suitable for you and/or your fellow travelers. Some excursions involve an element of risk. If in doubt, always contact MV.
2.5 Ensure that any party members under the age of 18 are accompanied by an adult on the excursion.

2.6 Own risk
Participation in the excursions is at the traveler’s own risk. Magnifique Voyage is therefore not liable for any (personal) injury of travelers. It’s strongly recommended to take out a (travel) insurance policy that covers the booked excursions. Please check with your own (travel) insurer. Additionally, Magnifique Voyage is not liable for loss or damage to (personal) property.

3.Rates/prices on the website

3.1 The prices for our excursions are accurate on the date they are published on Magnifique Voyage website. We reserve the right to change our prices if circumstances require it. If you return to the website later to book, prices may have changed. Therefore, always check the prices that apply at the time of booking.

4.Special offer

4.1 A special offer is a reference to a promotion for a certain period, the period during which the promotion is valid, as stated on MV’s website.

5. Payment method Magnifique Voyage

5.1 We accept Ideal and Paypal. The full amount will be debited at the time of your booking. You’ll always receive a confirmation email for your booking. If you haven’t received confirmation, please contact us immediately.

6.Changes & cancellation by Magnifique Voyage

6.1 It may happen that MV has to cancel your excursion, for example, if there are not
enough bookings for an excursion. In case of cancellation by MV, you will receive your
money back, or you can choose another excursion. If you choose another excursion, MV will refund the price difference if the replacement excursion has a lower price. If the excursion is more expensive, you will pay the price difference.

6.2 When the provider of our excursion makes a change to the excursion, MV will inform you as soon as possible. If you do not accept a change, you may cancel the excursion, and MV will refund you.

7.Changes & Cancellation by the Traveler

7.1 If you want or need to cancel an excursion yourself, please contact MV. The cancellation policy for each excursion is provided at the bottom of the information for that excursion. For many excursions, full refunds apply if you cancel up to 48 hours in advance. If you cancel within 48 hours, you are no longer eligible for a refund. Check the terms and conditions on the webpage of your excursion.
7.2 Please note that MV charges €2.50 administration fees if you cancel the excursion.

8.Force Majeure

8.1 Force majeure refers to abnormal and unforeseeable circumstances that prevent
excursions from taking place. If MV has to cancel your excursion due to force majeure, we will fully refund your excursion. Force majeure rarely occurs, and it refers to events that MV or the provider of our excursions could not have foreseen or avoided: war threats, political disputes, natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, pandemics, and the like.

9.Booked Excursion & Complaints

  • When booking an excursion via the contact form, social media channels, or by phone, you agree to MV’s terms and conditions.
  • Always bring the confirmation email of your booking to the excursion. You do not
    have to print it.
  • Follow all instructions, guidelines, and information provided by the person leading
    the excursion. Always pay attention to the safety of yourself and fellow
    excursionists.
  • If there is a problem on the day of the excursion, please contact us immediately so
    that MV can find a solution with the excursion provider.
  • If you have a complaint about the excursion, please inform the excursion provider
    immediately. If the excursion provider is unable to resolve the problem immediately,
    contact MV, and we will find a solution.
  • If you are still not satisfied with an excursion you booked with MV upon returning
    home, please send an email to info@magnifiquevoyages.com within 14 days of the
    excursion, and we will investigate your complaint. Include the confirmation number
    of the excursion and your phone number in the email. MV will respond within 14
    days.
  • If you have not reported your complaint about the excursion to the excursion
    provider or to MV immediately, it is possible that we may not be able to handle the
    complaint positively because we were not able to resolve the problem locally.
  • MV reserves the right to refuse you on an excursion if you or someone in your group endangers the excursion leader or other participants, insults or threatens others, damages property, or exhibits other unwanted behavior in normal social interactions
